When we built this new website we did not realise that modern computer technology was not yet quite up to the task of intetgrating custom design options into a shopping cart.

As a result we have two systems running side by side. If you wish to order a custom made product (and we hope you do) then you will need to complete the CUSTOM ORDER FORM so that we have your measurements etc. You will then need to go through the STORE and CHECKOUT for secure payment.

If you would like to buy a product that does not require custom measurements, like standard dog collars or a key ring, just go straight through the store and checkout.

If you need a mix of custom and standard items you can still do both.

So... a quick summary.

If you want to custom order:

 1. Have a look at HOW TO MEASURE and get your correct measurements for the relevant product.

 

2. Browse the designs in Topdog products gallery and make a note of your design choices.

 

3.  Go to CUSTOM ORDER FORM and fill out your choices, make sure you scroll to the bottom and press the SUBMIT button.

 

4. Go to STORE and select the price group you are in, and CHECKOUT.

 

5. You should receive confirmation from us within 24 hours.
